Product Introduction

Cold-rolled thin steel plates are made from hot-rolled steel strips of common carbon structural steel through cold rolling. The core processes include hot rolling, pickling and cold rolling. Continuous cold deformation will lead to an increase in material hardness, and annealing treatment is required to restore toughness and mechanical properties. Unannealed rolled hard coils are only suitable for simple deformation processing that does not require complex bending or stretching.

COMMON STEEL GRADES

DC01 (Tensile strength 270-410 MPa) - This grade can be used for simple forming processes, such as bending, embossing, flanging and stretching.

DC02/DC03 - These grades are suitable for forming requirements such as deep drawing and difficult profiles.

DC04 - This quality can meet the requirements of high deformation.

DC05/06/07 - These deep drawing quality grades are suitable for higher forming and deformation requirements. The following are their mechanical properties.
